  • Final PDF or digital itinerary delivered to your inbox

The Full Edit

 Your all-in-one package for a seamless, well-organized adventure.

  • Everything in the Signature Edit, plus:

  • Detailed daily agenda with timing suggestions

  • Booking links or contact details for easy reservations

  • Packing tips, local etiquette guide, and special request handling (dietary needs, accessibility, etc.)

  • Follow-up support for tweaks or updates before your trip

    Price: $350-500 depending on trip length and complexity

Instead, we provide curated guidance, personalized itineraries, and booking recommendations so you can book with confidence and ease. Think of us as your behind-the-scenes travel editor.

  • While we don’t book directly, we do provide booking links, contact details, and specific recommendations—so you’ll know exactly where to go and what to book. You’re always in control, with no surprise fees or markups.

  • Each service is designed for a different level of support:

    • Essentials Edit is for travelers who want help choosing a destination or direction, but will plan the rest themselves.

    • Signature Edit includes a custom itinerary built just for you, with detailed suggestions for lodging, dining, activities, and logistics.

    • Full Edit gives you a comprehensive, day-by-day agenda, booking links, tips, and pre-trip support—it’s the most hands-on option without actual booking.

  • Yes! We love designing itineraries for both domestic and international travel. Whether you're road-tripping the U.S. or hopping across Europe, we've got you covered.

  • Ideally, 6–8 weeks before your trip. This allows enough time for research, collaboration, and any updates. Last-minute planning may be available at an additional rush rate.

  • All packages include a set number of revisions. If you need additional changes after that, we offer follow-up support or hourly editing—just ask!

  • Yes! Depending on the package, we offer 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery. We are happy to work with you to make planning accessible and stress-free.
